She explained why she recommended pricing it where she did. At every step in the entire process we felt taken care of and like Caprice was in total control and had our best interests in mind. We ended up with multiple offers and selling for significantly more than asking price, even getting more than the appraised value of our home. Caprice is an amazing realtor and a pleasure to work with. Being a first-time home buyer, she made it super easy for me, she was there for me 27/7 and was there at every step of the way from start to finish. She was very professional and always put me first whenever I needed something, she got it done right away. I saw a few properties with Caprice she is very knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a house, not only that but with her experiences as well she was able to answer any questions I had. Caprice handled everything— from beginning to end. The only things I had to do in the process were 1) clean my home and sign papers and 2) make it available for walkthroughs. Caprice was able to sell my house for ~$25K more than I had ever dreamed of selling my home for. Additionally, she wore multiple hats in the process— even going as far as doing the other agent’s job for them: sending deadline reminders, doing walkthroughs with the buyers (because their agent bailed), and completing paperwork.
